This book is possibly life-changing for our teenage grandson who immediately grasped the financial concepts, then invested in a package of clothing that he sold at a healthy profit. Dell Boy junior is hooked.

I was shocked at how little schools teach our kids about the realities of money in the real world. It’s not a surprise when kids ask what’s the point of learning certain things in a maths class when they only get taught a theory and not how that gets applied in terms of mortgages, credit cards and savings. Got this for my teenage nephew and son and both have found it super helpful in understanding the basics.

Bought as a present for my nephew. Not as good quality as I was expecting and felt it could be broken up a bit more to make it a bit more appealing for the target audience. I did also find a typo. However, it contains useful content that will hopefully inspire the recipient from a young age to instill good habits with money.

Thank you thank you. You have no idea how long I’ve been looking for something like this. From my experience they just don’t cover this subject in nearly enough detail at school, and kids are entering adult life without this essential life skill… my own son currently thinks money it a ‘tap’ on a machine with a phone (not even a plastic credit card) - immediate and invisible, with no thought to saving or the future. Well written and easy to follow. Highly recommend!!

This book is so good. I wish I’d had this advice when I was a teen. My parents weren’t very money savvy and we certainly didn’t get training in school - something that hasn’t changed to this day. I wanted my girls to learn about how to manage money sooner in life than I did so they get a better start. This book is perfect. The right length to keep them interested. Easy to understand and includes all the right messages. My daughter has started writing her CV and looking for part time jobs since reading the book. She’s really motivated!

Highly recommended for any teen. Its important for teens to absorb these powerful habits and skills earlier on as these golden pieces of information are not really taught in schools.

I recently purchased "Money Skills for Teens" for my teenage cousin and it has been a game-changer for her. The book provides a comprehensive guide to personal finance that is easy to understand and follow. The author has done an excellent job of breaking down complex financial concepts into simple terms that are relatable to teenagers. The book covers everything from budgeting and saving to investing and managing credit. My cousin was able to apply the concepts she learned immediately, and I could see her confidence grow as she began to take control of her finances. The real-life examples and practical tips in the book were especially helpful, and my daughter found them engaging and informative. I highly recommend "Money Skills for Teens" to any parent looking to help their teenager develop essential life skills. The book is well-written, informative, and easy to follow, making it a valuable resource for any teenager looking to improve their financial literacy. This book appears to cover all bases to help a teenager learn how to budget save and invest their money. Something that seriously is lacking with most teens. My son (17 yrs old) is looking forward to reading it.
